Secondly, with 180 million people between the ages of 18 and 25, how do we effectively provide for the immense demand of engineering and/or technology education in India? Finally, how to recruit and retain quality faculty, against stiff competition from other institutes including IITs?

The recommendations provided in this book come from a holistic perspective of the author, balancing pragmatism and vision, that he has gained over four decades of experience.
